Assam CEE 2014 Exam will be held on 28th & 29th May 2014: Admit cards available from 19th May 2014

Assam CEE 2014 will be held on 28th May 2014 and 29th May 2014.

Assam: Assam CEE (Combined Entrance Examination) 2014 will be held on 28th May 2014 and 29th May 2014. This examination is conducting by Dibrugarh University for the admission to B.Tech, BE, BDS and MBBS programmes. Through this examination candidates will get admission in engineering colleges and state universities. 1000 seats were available in Gauhati and Dibrugarh universities and in government engineering colleges. 4500 seats were available in state universities and in engineering colleges. Candidates can also get admission in the private colleges based on this score.

More than 800 seats were available in government Ayurvedic, Dental and Medical colleges in the state of Assam. Candidates who were applying for the engineering degree course they need write the examination in the subjects Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. Aspirants who were applying for the BDS or MBBS courses they need to write the examination in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Some of the candidates want to write the examination in MBBS/ BDS as well as engineering degree. In that case candidates need to write examination in 4 subjects such as Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Examination will be conducted in several centres namely Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Nagaon, Tezpur, Guwahati, Lakhimpur, Nalbari, Bongaigaon, Silchar. On 28th May 2014 examination will be held in Physics between 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM. On the same day i.e. 28th May 2014 examination will be held on 28th May 2014 in Chemistry between 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM. On 29th May 2014, examination will be held in Biology between 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM. On the same day i.e. on 29th May 2014, examination will be held in Mathematics between 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM.

Examination is objective mode of examination. Duration of each paper is 2 hours. Each paper consists of 100 questions. Total marks for each paper is 100. For the wrong answers negative marking is not applicable. After successful completion of the examination, it is not possible for the revaluation of the papers as answer scripts is evaluating by the computers.
