Annamalai University offering MBBS, BDS, BE, B.Sc Agri. Course without Entrance test.
Chennai: Annamalai University is inviting applications MBBS, BDS and BE courses. From this year, entrance examinations for the courses MBBS, BDS and BE will not be conducted by the university. Admission will be given to the candidates based on the marks attained by the candidates in the 12th class examination. Along with the marks obtained in the 12th class examination, reservation system will also be considered by the university.
Available seats:
MBBS seats available in Annamalai University are 150.
BDS Seats available in Annamalai University are 100.
BE Seats available in Annamalai University are 3000.
For B.Sc Agriculture and Horticulture seats available are 1075.
Candidates who wants to do MBBS and BDS courses through Annamalai University, Prospectus and application form will be available at the university counter and at all the Directorate of Distance Education Study centres in Tamilnadu. Applications can also obtained by post. For this candidates need to send the requisition letter to The Registrar Annamalai University Annamalai Nagar, Chidambaram. Along with the requisition letter demand draft should be send for the amount of Rs.50. It should be drawn in favour of The Registrar Annamalai University. It is essential to write name and address of the candidates on the reverse side of the demand draft. Applications should be sent along through ordinary post.
Applications will be available till 10th June 2014. Last date to receive duly filled application forms is 11th June 2014.
For BE Programme applications will be available till 31st May 2014. Duly filled application form is to be received till 2nd June 2014. Application fee for the SC/ ST candidates is Rs.400 and for other candidate’s application fee is Rs.800. Applications available at University cash counters and all DDE study centres in Tamilnadu. Filled applications forms to be send along with the Demand draft by ordinary post.
For B.Sc Agriculture/ Horticulture applications will be available till 31st May 2014. Duly filled application form is to be received till 2nd June 2014. All the details are same like BE programme but application form for BE and B.Sc Agriculture/ Horticulture is different.
