WB TET 2014 Admit card 2014: Candidates appeared in 2012 can rewrite the exam on 30th March 2014

West Bengal Board of Primary Education is conducting Teachers Eligibility Test on 30th March 2014 as per the guidelines of National Council for Teacher Education. Candidates who had written 2012 examination can write again in 2014. Information regarding this should be passed to the board through www.wbresults.nic.in

West Bengal: West Bengal Board of Primary Education is conducting Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) on 30th March 2014 as per the guidelines of National Council for Teacher Education. For this examination 5.3 lakhs candidates were applied. As per the actual schedule this examination need to be conducted on 9th March 2014. Due to delay in the receipt of the application forms this examination was postponed to 30th March 2014.

WBTET is conducting by West Bengal Board of Primary Education. TET pass certificate will also be issued by this board. Examination conducts for the recruitment of Primary School teachers. As per the guidelines issued by NCTE, candidates will be appointed as primary school teachers based on the TET examination. In 2012, several candidates had written the examination and passed the same. But they were willing to appear for the examination to improve their marks. West Bengal Government had given approval for the candidates who were willing to write.

This link should be used by the candidates who were having admit card of 2012. If candidates lost admit card of 2012 they were not allowed to give the information through the above link. For those candidates instructions will be soon release in West Bengal Board of Primary Education website. After filling the required column candidates will get acknowledgement receipt. This should be retained by the candidates carefully till results of the examination released. Candidates who were writing the examination for the second time their venue, roll number, particulars all will remain the same.
