Audi has revealed the most awaited, 2015 TT Coupe at the ongoing Geneva Motor Show and this is the third generation variant of the series TT. The manufacturer has also show cased another member of the same family as ‘Audi TT Sport Quattro Concept’ at the event. The concept was first displayed at the Indian Auto Expo held recently at Greater Noida. Both the performance sports cars have attracted majority of the visitors at the show this year.

Both TT Coupe and the Sport Quattro concept are high performance models and the elegant design of the models is also significant. Audi has used a new chassis for the development of TT coupe and the new chassis is reported to be highly rigid than that used in the former edition. We could say that the Sport Quattro Concept will dominate most of the rival models of the segment for sure and it may also dominate Audi’s TT Coupe too. The Sport Quattro Concept has got much more powerful engine, has attractive design and it is also very much quicker due to the lighter body weight comparatively than TT Coupe.

Audi Sport Quattro

Power comes from a 2.0 litre turbo charged four cylinder engine with direct injection system that is capable of generating more than 414 hp at the peak along with 331 lb – ft of torque. Engine comes accompanied with Audi’s S TRONIC dual clutch transmission gear box as standard and Audi also offered all wheel drive system with the concept. Audi has slashed down so many things from the TT Coupe to produce a new concept that is meant for high performance and which could challenge any other model on the track. The overall weight has been reduced considerably by removing speakers, door handles, arm rests and etc.

Audi Sport Quattro

Audi has equipped the Sport Quattro Concept with a larger wing on the rear along with a big rear diffuser. The front fascia gets a larger splitter 20 inch wheels have been offered with semi slick tyres. As per the information, the new TT Sport Quattro Concept is capable of attaining 100 kmph speed from rest within just 3.7 seconds only. We cannot expect the concept to get sold in the consumer market as it has been designed especially for performing on racing tracks.
