The Japanese electric motor manufacturer Terra Motors has launched some exclusive models at this year’s Auto Expo of India. Terra Kiwami super bike, T4000i electric scooter and T4 electric auto rickshaw stood among some of the most reputed models at Auto Expo 2014.

Terra T4 electric rickshaw is going to be a revolution in the Indian market in case it gets offered for an affordable price for middle class people. As we are aware of the fact that majority of urban commuters opt for hiring an auto rickshaw for going to school, college, university and their work place etc. regularly. The maintenance cost of the new T4 electric rickshaw is considerably low when compared with the traditional diesel and petrol rickshaws which are being used currently. Thus there is no doubt that electric rickshaws would be a hit in the Indian market, if, the price is not too much.
