Renault launched Duster Adventure for Rs. 11.18lakhs to beat Ford Eco Sport, Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, Hyundai Santa FE
Renault India has revealed a brand new version of the Duster compact SUV at this year’s Auto Expo held at Greater Noida. The vehicle was showcased at the event but the official launch into the Indian market was due. Finally, the model has been revealed officially and it has been named as Renault Duster Adventure Edition. The model is none other than the RxL variant Duster having a wide number of cosmetic changes which have changed the look completely. Renault is confident that the new Duster Adventure Edition will attract the younger side of India.
The lime green paint shade to the exterior as well as to the upholstery inside the vehicle have given a fresh appeal look to the model and the front fascia has received a new set of head lamps as well. Renault has added front guard for the fog lamps and also added arch claddings for all four wheels. The new Duster Adventure Edition is powered with a 1.5 litre diesel engine that is capable of generating around 114 hp at the peak along with 248 Nm of torque. Engines mated to a 6 speed manual transmission gear box as standard and it clearly states that ‘Adventure Edition’ Duster is a perfect companion for those who seek adventurous rides.
The manufacturer has taken a lot of care while choosing the interior for the new Duster Adventure Edition and the Piano black finishing for centre console along with steering wheel adds to the elegance of the vehicle for sure. All the standard features offered by the RxL variant of Duster have been offered with the Adventure Edition too. Some of the exclusive features of the model are upgraded audio system with four speakers, electrically adjustable mirrors for rear viewing, Brake Assist technology along with ABD and EBD, USB Connectivity, Satellite navigation, dual air bags in the front for the safety of driver as well as the passenger in the front and etc.
Renault is offering the RxL variant of base Duster for Rs. 10.6 lakhs only whereas the brand new Duster Adventure Edition compact SUV is going to be sold for Rs. 11.18 lakhs only and the model is available for sale all over India.
