Uttar Pradesh Government has announced Teachers Eligibility Test Schedule. Candidates who have successfully completed this examination will be recruited as primary government teachers and Upper Primary School teachers. This examination will conduct on 22nd February 2014 and 23rd February 2014. Admit cards can be downloaded from 6th February 2014 onwards.

Uttar Pradesh: Uttar Pradesh Government has announced Teachers Eligibility Test Schedule. Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari is conducting this examination. Candidates who have successfully completed this examination will be recruited as primary government teachers and Upper Primary School teachers. This examination will conduct on 22nd February 2014 and 23rd February 2014. Admit cards can be downloaded from 6th February 2014 onwards.

After conducting the examination key will be available at the official website of Uttar Pradesh government. There will be two papers for this examination. First paper i.e. Paper – I is for primary Teachers i.e. teachers who will teach the students between first class to 5th class and second paper i.e. Paper – II is for Upper Primary Teachers i.e. teachers who wants to teach the students between Class VI to Class VIII.

Candidates who were having the professional degrees such as B.E, B.Tech, BCA, BBA cannot apply for this examination. As per the notification released, candidates who have completed graduation examination with minimum 50% marks and completion of 2 years diploma in special education (D.Ed) is essential for Primary teachers. For upper Primary class, completion of graduation along with 1 year degree in elementary education (B.EI.Ed) is essential.

Candidates who were appearing for Primary Teachers paper i.e. Paper I have to concentrate on Environmental studies, Mathematics, Languages i.e. Urdu/Sindhi/ Punjabi/ Gujarati/ Hindi/ English and Child Development & Pedagogy. Candidates who were appearing for Paper II i.e. for Upper Primary class, they have to concentrate on Social Sciences/ Social studies, Mathematics & Science, Languages i.e. Urdu/Sindhi/ Punjabi/ Gujarati/ Hindi/ English and Child Development & Pedagogy.
