Amazon 3D Smartphone to Come With 6 Cameras
Rumored Amazon smartphone is expected to come with six cameras. The high end smartphone will have four cameras for support eye tracking system. there will be 13 megapixel primary camera and 2 megapixel front facing camera. It will be powered by quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
Los Angeles: It was rumored earlier that Amazon is working on a smartphone that will feature eye tracking support. Apple Insider revealed few more details about the smartphone. According to the reports, the handset will come with 4 cameras to track the eye and two regular camera. Based on the eye movement of the user, the inbuilt software will be adjusted to give 3D display impression.
Amazon smartphone will come equipped with 13 megapixel primary camera for capturing images and there is also 2 megapixel front facing camera which can be used for taking self portraits and also for video calling.
Amazon smartphone will sport 4.7 inch display but it is not clear whether it will be HD or FHD. It will be powered by quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. this same processor was seen earlier in Kindle Fire HDZ tablets. Amazon may not offer the smartphone for an affordable price as there are six cameras.
The codename of the phone is Mr. Smith. The handset when released is likely to compete with Apple iPhone 5S and Galaxy S5 which will be released by the time Amazon hits the markets. It is expected that 5 to 10 million units of this model will be sold after it is released next year.
Apart from this smartphone, Amazon is also working on phone that will be offered with regular features and will be targeted at budget conscious consumers. The company has not revealed anything about the entry level phone on which it is working.
