Masters Course in Tourism from IGNOU: Admission Procedure
New Delhi: IGNOU announced the commencement of two ne programs for this academic year. Bachelor degree in library and information service and Master of Arts in Tourism Management are the two new programs. The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is offering a masters programme in tourism from the 2013 session, an official said Sunday.
“The Master of Arts in Tourism Management (MTM) consists of four semesters. The course is designed for students interested in a career in tourism at the managerial level,” a statement said.
The last date to apply is June 15.
“Students who have completed graduation in any field along with a Diploma in Tourism, which is recognised in the university system or by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), are eligible for the course,” it added.
