Huawei Ascend Mate Officially Launched in India: Ascend Mate Price
Pune: Huawei Ascend Mate is officially launched in India now. The price of the phablet is Rs. 24,900. Huawei Ascend was spotted on few online retailer sites for a price of Rs. 28,900. The device was later removed from the lists.
Huawei Ascend Mate was first unveiled at CES 2013. The handset comes with 6.1 inch display. The display type is HD IPS. It is powered by a quad core processor. The operating system on which the handset runs is Android Jelly Bean operating system. It is equipped with 8 megapixel rear camera and 4050 mAh battery under the hood.
Huawei earlier launched some entry level phones and mid range phones in the Indian market. Ascend Mate is the first expensive high end device that is released in India by the Chinese mobile manufacturer. It is offered with a price tag of Rs. 24,900 which indicates that rivals for the handset with these specifications and the price range are the Galaxy Mega smartphones launched recently by Samsung. Huawei Ascend P6 also will be announced in London. The handset is likely to come up with decent specifications.
