New Delhi:  National Eligibility Entrance Test – NEET UG 2013 is conducted for medical and BDS course admissions.  The test was held on 5th May, 2013.  This is the first NEET and the students who appeared for the exam said that the question paper was not very tough. It is expected that the cut-off marks will also be higher.  Students who appeared for the exam are now looking for the details of expected cut-off marks.

NEET UG 2013 cut-off marks will be evaluated based on the number of candidates appeared, number of candidates passed and the difficulty level of the question paper.  The cut-off marks will be available on the official website of CBSE soon.  Students can visit www.cbseneet.nic.in to check if the cut-off marks are released.

Cut-off marks are decided by the organizing body which conducts the exam.  Cut-off marks are the minimum marks that have to be secured by the students who appeared for the exam to qualify in the exam.  Students who secured cut-off marks and more will only appear in the merit list and all the others will be disqualified.

NEET UG 2013 was held yesterday and the answer key is available online.  Students can check the answer key and estimate their performance in the exam.  Cut-off marks are based on various parameters such as total number of students who appeared for the exam, difficulty level of the examination and so on.

Authorities of NEET UG 2013 will also release the cut-off marks for various colleges and courses. This will be helpful for the students to get an idea of which colleges should be chosen at the time of admission.  NEET 2013 results are expected to be released in the first week of June, 2013. Results will be available on www.cbseneet.nic.in.  After this the candidates can download their rank cards.  Candidates can submit their objection regarding their answer sheets.
