Canvas series by Micromax has been the most sold and talked about with already 4 phones launched in the market and other 2 phones getting ready to be launched, it is only time when we should compare them for you to choose wisely from them. No matter what but they sure are good buy for all of us on tight budget. Pricing

It is the most important feature that needs denotation in the very start as the phones are targeted for a particular segment the pricing is important. The price range for four models A110, A116, A117 and A120 starts from Rs10000 and goes up to Rs20000. One should always keep in mind what features they are getting against what they are shelling for the phone.

OS

As we know that Micromax has been producing phones with Android loaded in them. We have A110 shipped with Android4.0 ICS version, A116 was shipped with JellyBean4.1.2, A117 and A120 is supposedly will be shipped with JellyBean 4.2. For all Android lovers this should be good news.

Connectivity

All Canvas series phones have similar connectivity option like, Wi-Fi, USB, Bluetooth, GPS. Only A120 will have added features of NFC and 4G.

Processing Prowess

The phones might be cheap but they have enough arsenals for processing. A110 has 1GHz processor with 512MB RAM. A116 and A120 have 1GB RAM installed with 1.2GHZ and 1.5GHZ processor, respectively. A117 should be the fastest in the lot with 1.7GHz processor with 2GB RAM.

All the phones will have 5-inch screen but the resolution and technology used would be different. A110 and A116 have IPS LCD technology with resolution support of 480X854 and 720X1280, respectively. A120 will be launched with AMOLED screen; screen technology of A117 is still unknown.

Micromax is trying to cater to all mid-segment customers with Android Smart phones, which are friendlier on pocket and treat to have as well.
