Mumbai: Jab Tak Hai Jaan the last film directed by late Yash Chopra is going to be released today, 13th November, 2012. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in lead roles. Music is scored by A R Rahman and lyric are penned by Gulzar.

Film lovers all over the world are eagerly waiting for Jab Tak Hai Jaan, the last directorial film of Yash chopra. The movie is a romantic love story. The songs of the movie have already become popular especially ‘Challa’ and ‘Saans’. Rahman’s magic can be felt in the music.

The story goes like this. Samar Anand a musician who lives in London is madly in love with Katrina Kaif. Khushi (Katrina Kaif) rejects his proposal saying that she only considers him as a friend. A heartbroken Samar heads for India and joins army. He then meets Anushka Sharma who is a documentary filmmaker.

It has to be seen whether Shah Rukh Khan will get much awaited success with Jab Tak Hai Jaan. The film is made with a budget of Rs. 50 crores. Shah Rukh Khan climbed stardom with movies such as Baazigar, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. His intense display of romantic feelings appealed to the female audience. Shah Rukh Khan appears sophisticated and at the same time headstrong. He tried acting in various types of movies but did not get success.

With Jab Tak Hai Jaan, he is back with a love story that has the Yash Chopra brand of magic. The sudden demise of Yash Chopra may also work in favour of the film. Thus the film may get a good opening. Later this the performance of actors, script, direction and storyline are the things that contribute to the success of the film.

It is predicted that Jab Tak Hai Jaan will be a masterpiece of Yash Chopra. Shah Rukh Khan’s acting skills needs no mention. The film is shot in exotic foreign locations. It is now to be seen how the audience will receive the movie.
