Since central government has already approved the recruitment of 10,917 posts, there will be no problem for paying salaries. Teachers recruitment as per this approval has not been done till now, and hence those funds are now being paid education volunteers. According to ‘Right to Education’ law 2011-12, still 15,515 posts are to be received by Andhra Pradesh. It is expected that central government will give approval for these posts also, by the time DSC 2013 notification releases. Vacancies of these posts in different districts have been decided after considering many points. Among the 15,512 posts, most of them are secondary grade teacher posts. When all these posts are included, 2013 DSC will become huge one. Education ministry still has to identify the posts necessary for 9th and 10th classes. These posts will be recruited only after scrutiny at the field level.
